If writing it, only made it so....
Lambeth Properties begin in an old cabin in 1824. Mr. Hezekiah Lambeth, started with the idea that people, of all shapes and sizes, wanted, for unknown reasons, to have shelter over their heads (and feet) when they returned from hunting, fishing or gathering food. He realized that monetary gains were possible if he provided those shelters.
Together with Mr. A. Lincoln, his partner, Mr. Lambeth bought the first single-family dwelling in 1832. The house was complete with all utilities (electricity, water, sewer, sanitation and high-speed internet access. Unfortunately, Mr. Lincoln expressed a desire to see what was over the next capitol hill and left on a long walk. Little is known about whatever became of Mr. Lincoln after that but Mr. Lambeth went on to world-wide celebrity and fame.
Purchasing house after house over the next century, he passed his legacy on to his great-great-great-grandson, Mr. Scott Lambeth in 2002. Today, the younger Mr. Lambeth commands a dynasty throughout Troup County.
